AFTERSCHOOL SUMMER FEES

It is our pleasure to announce to you, Encino Presbyterian Children’s Center’s 34th annual Summer Camp Program.  We have planned an exciting fun filled summer that we know your child will enjoy.

 

Summer Camp is a 9-week program and begins Monday, June 13, and will continue through Friday, August 12.

 

Registration is on a first come, first served basis and will begin on Wednesday, February 2nd. There will only be 50 spaces available.  Due to the limited space available, no applications will be accepted early.  Enrollment will be open to the public on Monday, March 7th, providing there is still space available.

 

Weekly Summer Camp will begin on Monday, June 13, and continue through Friday, August 12, at the below weekly rate.

 

The following rates will be in effect for the upcoming summer camp.  The registration, T-shirt fee and the first weeks tuition payment are due at the time of registration and are ALL NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please note that once you register for our summer camp you are liable for the tuition in full for all the weeks that you sign up for regardless of whether or not you use your reserved space.  Staff is hired based on enrollment at the time of registration and we must be able to meet all operating expenses in order to offer a summer school program.  Weekly Summer Camp will begin on Monday, June 13, and continue through Friday, August 12, at the below weekly rate.

 

Payments for Summer Camp will be due on Monday of each week that your child attends camp.  NO CREDITS OR MAKE UP DAYS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MISSED DAYS. Be aware that you are responsible to pay for the weeks that you sign up for whether you use them or not and you must sign-up for a minimum of 2 weeks. THANK YOU J       

 

Payment will be as follows:       

Wednesday, Feb. 2       $50.00 Registration and T-shirt fee and tuition for your child’s first week of camp are ALL NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 

5-days                                                  7:30-6:00         $300.00/week


4-days                                                  7:30-6:00         $275.00/week

 

3-days                                                  7:30-6:00         $250.00/week
